Harvest Monday

The Spring harvest is well on it's way.  Everyday we're having fresh produce at lunch and at least two veggies at dinner.  The January planted broccoli and cauliflower are being consumed and the February and March planted Cole crops are getting ready.  We've had a couple artichokes...and there must be over 50 starting to
*bud-up*.  My lettuces are FANTASTIC!  Two big family style salads a day!  I'm pulling an onion every day and clipping fresh herbs as needed.  Only one cabbage left and only a handful of carrots.  The strawberry patch is producing as is the rhubarb.  The problem I'm having is remembering to photograph and weigh my harvest!  So this is just a bit of what I have for this week:
Cabbage
Broccoli Side-Shoots from Harvested Plant
Celeriac and Celery
Chard
Ready to Eat
Violetta Cauliflower
Strawberries: Not Very Sweet
Lettuce
Ready for Dinner
Please join in the fun: Daphne's Dandelions Harvest Monday!

Gosh Lynda, your harvest is fantastic. And globe artichokes! I never would have thought to try that. I used to love them dipped in butter when I was a kid.

Looks wonderful Lynda! Too bad the strawberries aren't sweet. I can feel your disappointment from here. Slap some sugar on those bad boys.

My goodness...with all that harvesting, who has time for pictures??? Absolutely wonderful harvest. I won't tell "The Italian" about all of your artichokes :)

Just a wonderful harvest today, Lynda! My husband put the potatoes in on Sunday, but that's about all we've been able to plant so far. Hopefully, in a couple of weeks...

Wonderful harvest. I can't wait until my garden starts producing that much. I've got 11 broccoli plants this year and really want some broccoli to eat.

That cauliflower... oh so beatuiful! I'm jealous. I don't know that I would eat it- but I'd love to grow it! :-D
