Not a lot of canning going on here just some dried beans to canned ones. :O)... Your goodies look yummy. Pears were in short supply this year due to the drought :O(. I didn't get any!
You dehydrate watermelon? Would like to see what you do on that?
I never felt I missed out on canning until this year--found a pear tree growing down the road on an abandoned farm that has the BEST pears I've ever eaten. Can't freeze those....so maybe NOW I'll learn????????
Tomatoes this year were awful~! They never did turn red. I could of made lots of relish. Some people had red ones but the went bad real quick. I'm going to miss going to the shelf this winter & getting a jar of tomato sauce or salsa off the shelf. Your pear canning looked delicious. And ur tomatoes. Glad u were able to get a good crop this year. Have a Tiggeriffic DayR ta ta for now from Iowa:)
I hope you're having an awesome week! I thought you might like this infographic I helped build about the health, mental, and financial benefits of gardening (http://blog.lochnesswatergardens.com/how-gardening-benefit/).

I don't know where else to contact you so I just posted a comment here. :)

Looks delicious! What a delight. It's a ton of work. I see Belle doing it to. The people in your life truly appreciate it.

Yummo! I just have a few maters to bring in to ripen before it freezes this week. :)
You have been busy.
Our pears didn't do all that well, too darn hot!
Thee fall greens are looking pretty good though.

Pear sauce! That sounds soooo good. I can't wait until my pear trees are mature and begin to bear.
Rotel...mmm. It's new to me, I had to look it up and now I'll have to see about making some myself.
